A Barbie Girl

When I was a little girl I loved Barbie dolls. I always took really good care of my Barbies, so that one day my little girl could play with them. I have boxes and boxes of Barbies, in their original clothes, at my parent's house. I was happy to see that Greer loved Barbies too.
A few weeks ago, we stayed with the Jolly girls for the weekend. Greer was so excited. She wants a big sister so bad. She watched every move the girls made. They were great with her. They first played dress up and Greer thought she was so beautiful in Ashley's old dance clothes. Then they got out the Barbie dolls. Katie decided she needed to "Vogue Barbie" so the big girls made the Barbie dolls new clothes and gave them much needed hair cuts. Greer ran around with a Barbie in each hand saying "BARBIE BARBIE". We had alot of fun.
I told Lissa (Josh's mother) the story about Greer and her first Barbie experience. Later that week she came over with presents for Greer. She gave Greer her first Barbie. We all know that Barbie loves clothes and is always up on the latest fashion so Lissa thought our newest Barbie girl needed to be. She also brought Greer some really cute Mix and Match Spring clothes. Thanks Lissa, we love it!
