For Spring Break, Greer made her first trip to L.A. It was Greer's first time flying and she loved it. In such a big place, it is pretty crazy how many people we know out there. We enjoyed getting to see everyone. We stayed with "Jackie" (Josh's sis Jaclyn) and her roommates. Greer had the best time entertaining everyone. She was a little clown.
Our first few hours in Cali were not that fun. We had made reservations to rent a car three weeks prior to our trip, but the car rental place did not have a car for us or the ten people in line behind us. Every car rental place was out of cars. Greer had been good as long as she could. She was tired, hungry, and totally over it. Jaclyn and John came to pick us up and Julie Kay and Darrell saved the day. They let us drive their truck while we were there. Thanks guys! I was so glad because Greer got to use Jett's car seat and not the nasty one the car rental place would have given us.
I am not going to write a novel because I am so behind on my blog posts. We had a wonderful time. We saw great friends and family, partied with a few famous people ,shopped, learned our way around , went to the beach, made it on Jay Leno, ate Pink Berry (the best stuff that we later learned is not as good for you as they claimed) everyday, roamed around Fox Studios, got to see Julie Kay's studio Revolution Dance Center, and so much more. Greer grew up so much on this trip. We can't wait to go back out there..soon!
